Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination and displayed at checkout. We do not mark up shipping fees; the costs charged are passed directly to the customer without any additional fees.

Delivery Times
Standard delivery within Germany: 1-3 business days; Europe: 4-8 business days; Worldwide: 7-14 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on external factors (e.g., customs processing).

Customs Duties and Taxes
For international orders, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the checkout price and may vary depending on the destination country. Delays caused by customs are possible and beyond our control.

Liability for Damaged Goods
We are not liable for any damages caused during shipping. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with the claims process. If the item is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will either replace the item or refund the purchase price, in accordance with our return policy.

Delays and Shipping Issues
While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties such as shipping carriers or customs.

Delivery Address and Unclaimed Shipments
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. If a shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if the package is not picked up within the timeframe specified by the shipping carrier (e.g., from a post office or parcel station), the shipment will be returned to us. In such cases, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping or return costs. We do not accept liability for delays or losses resulting from incorrect address details or unclaimed deliveries.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from the day you receive the goods. For further details, please refer to our Return and Cancellation Policy.

Return Shipping Costs

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or shipping issues caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, war, or terrorism.

Contract Language and Jurisdiction
The contract will be concluded in English (e.g., German or English). For any disputes related to the purchase contract, the competent court in Alzenau will have jurisdiction.
