Return and Cancellation Policy

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 days from:

  • The day you receive the goods (for physical products).
  • The day the contract is concluded (for digital products not provided on a physical medium).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Ünal Günofan, Hauptstr. 8, 63755 Alzenau, Germany, Email: hello@frayme-magazine.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g., email or letter). It is sufficient if you send this notification before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard shipping costs (if applicable), within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We will issue the refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed. No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of returning the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period expires. You bear the direct return shipping costs.

You are only liable for a reduction in the value of the goods if it results from handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the items.

Exclusions & Limitations

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Digital products (e.g., eBooks, downloadable content) once downloaded.
  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Perishable goods, sealed hygiene products, and hazardous materials.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at hello@frayme-magazine.com so we can resolve the issue.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed without receiving your refund, please contact us.
