    Founder

    Ünal is the editorial lead of frayme, shaping the magazine’s vision with a commitment to authenticity and artistic integrity. As a photo designer, he has collaborated with numerous brands, yet his personal work remains rooted in the human experience - raw and unfiltered. He has worked with NGOs, capturing impactful stories from underrepresented communities, including extensive visual documentation of Roma settlements in Romania. His images - published in newspapers and broadcast on television - have not only raised awareness but also generated donations for humanitarian causes.





  • Sophie

    Creative Direction

    Sophie is the creative force behind frayme, overseeing everything from the design of our issues to our social media presence. With a strong background in working with renowned brands, Sophie has honed her eye for detail and aesthetic. Her vision shapes the entire visual experience of frayme, ensuring that every issue resonates with authenticity and creativity. Sophie’s dedication to pushing boundaries and her innate sense of style make her the driving force behind the magazine’s artistic direction.

  • Serene

    Curator (Photography)

    -
    Serene is a street photographer with a sharp eye for everyday beauty and human connection. Born and raised in Singapore, she discovered photography during the pandemic and went on to earn a diploma from Chatsworth Medi@rt Academy. Her work was recognized at the Crowbar Awards 2022, earning a Bronze and two finalist spots. At frayme, she brings depth and honesty to our visual storytelling, capturing urban life with quiet power.

  • Candice

    Art Historian & Cultural Writer

    Born and raised in Paris, Candice is deeply sensitive to all forms of artistic expression — a perspective guiding her work as writer and curator. She studied at the University of Lille and the Sorbonne, focusing early on Jean-Michel Basquiat’s legacy among artists from the Ivorian diaspora, alongside a lasting passion for photography. She supported contemporary photography at Quai de la Photo and later assisted with the Pari Noir exhibition at the Centre Pompidou. Today, she develops her curatorial and editorial voice within the collective Acid Drop, focused on the emerging music scene, while contributing thoughtful writing on art and culture to frayme.

  • Mitch

    Curator (Visual Art)

    Mitch is an illustrator and visual storyteller whose work balances clarity with emotional depth. Based in Australia, he crafts bold, concept-driven visuals that blend clean lines with expressive detail. With a background in both design and illustration, Mitch brings a refined artistic vision to frayme, shaping narratives through color, form, and composition. His work invites reflection - transforming ideas into striking visuals that resonate with intention and originality.

  • Sammy

    Chief Happiness Officer (CHO)

    Sammy ensures the team takes regular breaks, enforces daily walks and provides unlimited tail wags and emotional support. Specializing in nap optimization and treat negotiations, she brings joy and a stress-free environment to frayme.
